Product Overview of 2507 Duplex Steel Ball Valve:

The 2507 duplex steel ball valve is a type of valve with left and right valve bodies, ball, and valve stem and other components in contact with the medium all being made from SAF2507 or other similar grade castings or forgings. It has excellent mechanical properties and strong corrosion resistance, and the end connection forms are flange, thread, and welding. This valve is made of super duplex stainless steel with extremely low carbon content, high molybdenum and high nitrogen content, and an equivalent value of hole corrosion resistance greater than 40. It has the advantages of high strength, low hot cracking tendency, high thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion coefficient. It is extremely resistant to pitting corrosion, intergranular corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion. Especially, it contains higher Cr, Mo, and high N content, which enables it to have a strong overall corrosion resistance to organic acids such as formic acid and acetic acid, and also has quite high corrosion resistance to inorganic acids containing chloride.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
