2205 and 2507 pneumatic duplex steel welded ball valves, models Q661F, Q661PEEK, Q661PPL, with a pressure range of 1.0 MPa - 16.0 MPa, a weight range of 150 LB - 900 LB, and a diameter range of DN8 - DN100. Valve body structure: two-section split type on the left and right, three-section split type on the left, middle, and right, forged. 

Pneumatic duplex steel welded ball valve, available in socket-welding and butt-welding types. The valve body and internal components are made of 2205 (F51) and 2507 (F53) duplex steel. In chloride ion environments, it is an economical and practical valve. The applicable media include: seawater, desulfurization wastewater, high chloride ion liquids, acid solutions, chlorides, etc. 

Duplex stainless steel combines the microstructure characteristics of austenitic and ferritic stainless steels. Compared with ferritic stainless steel, it has higher plasticity and toughness, no room-temperature brittleness, significantly improved intergranular corrosion resistance and welding performance. At the same time, it retains the 475℃ brittleness of ferritic stainless steel and has a high thermal conductivity, as well as superplasticity and other features. Compared with austenitic stainless steel, it has higher strength and significantly improved intergranular corrosion resistance and resistance to chloride stress corrosion. Duplex stainless steel has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and is also a nickel-reducing stainless steel. 

The pneumatic actuators include spring-return single-acting pneumatic and non-spring double-acting pneumatic types. When there is a malfunction and the valve needs to be fully opened or closed, a spring-type single-acting pneumatic actuator is provided (releasing the spring's restoring tension for repositioning). When there is a malfunction and the valve needs to remain in its original position without moving, an non-spring double-acting pneumatic actuator is used.
