Incoloy800, NO8800 Alloy ball valve is a valve body, connecting body, ball, stem and fixed shaft, etc., from Incoloy800 or Alloy 800 and ASTM B564 N08800 casting or forging. The Inconloy alloy ball valve has strong oxidation resistance and high strength at high temperature and can prevent the formation of metal stress corrosion cracks caused by chloride ions in the humid environment. The material used in the valve is an iron-nickel-chromium based deformation superalloy, and a small amount of aluminum and titanium elements are added. Its structure is more common in the presence of M23C6 and γ phase on the austenite matrix. The chemical composition (mass fraction %) was C≤0.10, Si≤1.00, Mn≤1.50, P≤0.030, S≤0.015, Ni 30.0-35.0, Cr 19.0-23.0, Fe≥39.5, Cu≤0.75, Al 0.15-0.60, Ti 0.15-0.60. Its high Cr content makes it both resistant to aqueous solution erosion and heat resistance, Fe provides internal oxidation resistance, and Ni retains ductile and austenitic structure, coupled with the precipitation strengthening effect of the γ phase.
