Q641Y Pneumatic Asphalt Valve Introduction:

The BQ6411 pneumatic asphalt valve is structurally divided into pneumatic two-way asphalt valve and pneumatic three-way asphalt valve. It is the best automated control valve for asphalt and oil processing equipment. The opening and closing component of the pneumatic two-way asphalt valve is a cylindrical body with a straight-through opening. The cylinder and the valve stem rotate around the axis perpendicular to the passage, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing the passage, and it has a cutoff function. The opening and closing component of the pneumatic three-way asphalt valve is a cylindrical body with a T-shaped opening. The valve is designed with a jacket, which has good heat preservation and cold preservation properties. Users can inject steam, heat transfer oil, cooling water, or cold air into the jacket as needed to maintain the entire valve at a constant temperature or cooling to the required temperature. It can keep the oil flow in the valve unobstructed and prevent freezing, prevent the solidification of viscous fluids in the pipeline, and prevent the crystallization of the medium. The pneumatic asphalt valve changes the direction of the gas path through the electromagnetic reversing valve and controls the actuating cylinder to drive the valve, achieving the purpose of connecting or cutting off the medium in the system pipeline, realizing automated control and remote control.
