Combined tee ball valve product overview:
The combined tee ball valve is composed of a straight type floating ball valve and a sleeve type check valve. The valve body is provided with three channels of high pressure, low pressure and medium access, and is connected with the middle cavity of the valve body, and the high pressure channel is used to control the opening and closing of the ball sealing pair, and the low pressure channel is also provided with the check valve sealing pair for the control of the opening and closing of the low pressure channel. When the high pressure channel is communicated with the low pressure channel, the pressure exerted by the high pressure medium on the check valve sealing pair is greater than the pressure exerted by the low pressure medium on the check valve sealing pair, and the check valve sealing pair moves to the low pressure channel until the flow into the check valve and the low pressure channel constitutes a seal. At this time, only the high pressure channel is connected with the medium channel. When the ball valve in the high pressure channel is closed, the ball valve is turned. Cut off the high pressure channel, the check valve sealing pair is only under pressure from the low pressure medium, and the check valve sealing pair moves to the high pressure channel, so that the low pressure channel is connected with the medium channel. At this time, the ball valve is under pressure from the high pressure medium and the low pressure medium at the same time, and the pressure of the high pressure medium on the ball valve is greater than the pressure of the low pressure medium on the ball valve. The ball valve is tightly pressed on the seat at the outlet of the ball valve to form a seal to prevent the leakage of high pressure media after the preload of the valve disappears after a certain time of use.
Working principle of combined tee ball valve:
Because the combined three-way ball valve is provided with ball valve and check valve sealing pair in the high pressure and low pressure channels, the ball valve sealing pair in the high pressure channel is opened by the rotating ball of the valve stem. The high pressure channel is connected with the middle channel, and the high pressure medium can flow through the valve. At the same time, the check valve disc in the low pressure channel closes the low pressure channel under the pressure difference of the high and low pressure medium. Thus, the high-pressure channel is in the open state and the low-pressure channel is in the closed state. The ball valve of the high-pressure channel is sealed off by the rotation of the ball driven by the valve stem, and the high-pressure medium cannot flow through the valve. At the same time, the check valve disc in the low-pressure channel is out of the low-pressure valve seat under the pressure of the low-pressure medium, so that the low-pressure medium can flow through the valve. Thus, the high-pressure channel is closed and the low-pressure channel is open, and the purpose of the three-way valve is realized. Because the valve will be the middle cavity of the three-way sphere into a two-way sphere of the high pressure channel, and through the opening and closing of the high pressure channel to control the closing and opening of the low pressure channel, when the high pressure channel is closed, the high pressure medium will be pressed to the valve seat, the greater the pressure between the ball and the valve seat, the greater the sealing force, thus avoiding the high pressure medium through the ball valve sealing pair to the middle channel leakage. The structural length of this product is the same as that of the traditional L-type tee ball valve.

Because the straight through floating ball valve in the valve only plays the role of opening and closing on one side of the high-pressure system, rather than the three-way conversion function, therefore, even if the ball and the valve seat are used for a period of time after the assembly preload disappears, the gap between the ball and the valve seat appears, when the ball valve is closed, the pressure of the high pressure side medium can still push the ball to the outlet side seat, The ball and the outlet side seat are in close contact, so the valve still has a good sealing performance. This product completely solves the problem that the traditional L-type tee ball valve is easy to seal failure.
