Product Overview of F53 Duplex Steel Ball Valve:

The F53 duplex steel ball valve is an intermediate body, with left and right valve bodies, ball, and valve stem and other components made of ASTM A182 F53 or S32750 as well as S25073 through forging or rolling processes. It features excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical comprehensive performance in harsh environments containing chloride ions. This valve is made of super duplex stainless steel, equivalent to the domestic grade 022Cr25Ni7Mo4N. Its main components consist of 24.0-26.0% Cr, 6.0-8.0% Ni, 3.0-5.0% Mo, 0.24-0.32% N, with or without Cu or W added. It combines many excellent properties of ferritic and austenitic steels. The PRE value is higher than 40, offering excellent corrosion resistance and strength characteristics. Due to the high chromium and molybdenum content in this steel, it has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and uniform corrosion. The duplex structure ensures its high resistance to stress corrosion cracking and high strength.

Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
