F60 double phase steel ball valve product overview:

F60 dual phase steel ball valve is a valve body, body cover, ball and stem all using ASTM A182 F60 or S32205 and similar grades of S22053 forged, resistant to hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and chloride environment flange or welded connection ball valve. The valve used in the material is a standard duplex stainless steel, in the solid solution tissue ferrite and austenite phase accounted for about 50% each, which corresponds to the domestic 022Cr23Ni5Mo3N, the main chemical composition of 22.0~23.0% chromium, 4.5~6.5% nickel, 3.0~3.5% molybdenum, 0.14~0.20% nitrogen, PRE value is high. It has excellent mechanical and corrosion resistance properties. The high Cr content and the addition of Mo make it better than austenitic stainless steel to resist chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion, and there is no possibility of intercrystalline corrosion cracking. As a strong austenitic forming element, N is added to the steel, which not only improves the strength of the steel, but also does not cause significant damage to the plastic toughness of the steel. It can also inhibit the carbide precipitation and delay the formation of σ phase.
