Product structure features

Its main structural features are:

1. The fire resistant design of the ball valve is implemented in the provisions of API 607, API 6FA and JB/T 6899 and other standards. Once the fire occurs and the soft sealing ring is burned, the fire resistant structure of the ball valve can prevent the large amount of leakage of the medium and prevent the further expansion of the fire.

6. Anti-static structure: when the valve is operated, due to the friction between the sphere and the valve seat, electrostatic charges will be generated and accumulated on the sphere. In order to prevent the generation of electrostatic sparks, an anti-static device is set in the valve soil to export the charge accumulated on the sphere.

7. Blocking and discharging: when the valve is closed, the valve seat on the upstream and downstream sides can block the fluid, and the stagnation in the valve body cavity can be discharged through the discharge device.

8. Locking device: the manual ball valve in the fully open, fully closed two position design can lock the structure, so as to prevent improper operation and unpredictable line vibration caused by the phenomenon of improper switching, especially in the flammable medium of oil and chemical production line, and the valve in the outdoor piping, This design reflects the advantages and the actual effect is particularly good.

9. Full diameter structure and reduced diameter structure: in order to meet the different needs of users, the company's ball valve products have full diameter and reduced diameter two series. The channel inner diameter of the full diameter ball valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, which is easy to manage and clean. The weight of the reduced-diameter series ball valve is relatively light, but the fluid resistance is only about 1/7 of the same caliber globe valve, so the application prospect of the reduced-diameter series ball valve is broad.
