Overview of the Flanged Diverter Ball Valve Product:

The flanged diverter ball valve is a modified ball valve designed by our company to improve the performance of steel reaction vessels. It is an integrated floating ball valve structure, and the connection flanges for the inlet and outlet are designed in a variable diameter form, with one end being one size larger than the other. The outlet end is a standard ball valve flange, while the inlet end is a flange that matches the discharge hole at the bottom of the reaction vessel. It can be conveniently connected to the center of the reaction vessel's bottom as the discharge port. The valve seat of this product is close to the end face flange, resulting in less material accumulation. The structure is compact and the sealing performance is excellent. It can be used in reaction vessels in the fields of fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries, and can also be applied to the transportation of fine and soft particle media.

Advantages of the flanged divergent ball valve product:

The dead point position for opening and closing in the design of the flanged divergent ball valve is set at 45 degrees from the right as closed, and vice versa as open. This dead point position is on the same horizontal plane, which is conducive to manual operation. It is also beneficial for the linkage with cylinder pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. It can be installed horizontally on the cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, basically close to the bottom of the pot, occupying less space under the reaction vessel, and avoiding interference caused by the valve stem and piston being on the same straight line due to leakage. This valve not only inherits all the advantages of the ball valve but also solves the connection method for reasonable matching with the reaction vessel. Compared with the existing upper and lower spread discharge valves, it is undoubtedly better. This product is particularly suitable for the toothpaste industry, vacuum pasting pot discharge, etc.
