Product Introduction: 


The ball of the floating titanium ball valve is flexible. Under the pressure of the medium, the ball can move a certain distance and tightly press against the sealing surface at the outlet end, ensuring the sealing at the outlet. 

1. The floating titanium ball valve has low flow resistance. The ball valve is the type of valve with the least flow resistance among all valves. Even the reduced-diameter ball valve has relatively low flow resistance. 

2. The operation is quick and convenient. By simply rotating the valve body by 90 degrees, the ball valve can complete the full opening or full closing action, making it easy to achieve rapid opening and closing. 

3. Excellent sealing performance. The valve seat (sealing ring) of the titanium ball valve is generally made of elastic materials such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), which makes it easy to ensure a good seal. Moreover, the sealing force of the titanium ball valve increases as the pressure of the medium increases. 

4. The floating titanium ball valve can achieve automatic control and remote control. It can be equipped with electric actuators, pneumatic actuators, or hydraulic actuators. 

5. The floating titanium ball valve has a smooth and flat channel, which is not prone to accumulate media and can be used for pigging and ball passage operations.

Chemical industry: Suitable for controlling highly corrosive media, such as strong acids, strong bases, and other corrosive chemicals.
