Product Overview of Fluorine-Coated Variable Diameter Ball Valve:


The fluorine-coated variable diameter ball valve is a type of ball valve where the valve cover is transformed into an upper body with an inverted trumpet-shaped inlet. It can be directly connected to the bottom of the reaction vessel as a discharge port. The valve body is designed as a floating ball valve in accordance with the assembly requirements of a ball valve, with a small distance between the ball body and the bottom of the vessel, minimizing the possibility of material mixing and the deposition of dead materials. The over-flow components in contact with the medium on this valve are all molded with a fluorine plastic layer to separate the fluid from the metal surface, and the ball body and the valve stem are manufactured using an integrated metal insert surrounded by fluorine plastic. It features excellent corrosion resistance, good sealing performance, quick and smooth operation, high strength, and durability. 


Advantages of the fluorine-lined variable diameter ball valve product:


When the ball of the fluorine-lined variable diameter ball valve is opened, the discharge channel is directly connected up and down, presenting a straight pipe shape. The flow resistance of the discharge is small, there is little accumulation of materials, and it is easy to clean. The main sealing surface of the valve seat and the spherical surface of the ball are always in perfect alignment, the sealing surface is not subject to erosion, does not stick to the medium, the opening and closing torque is small, the service life is long. The sealing pressure of the ball is increased with the increase of the pressure inside the reactor. When it is a vacuum reaction, it can also increase with the increase of the vacuum degree. The sealing is reliable, and there is little leakage. The valve stem is horizontally installed on one side of the valve body. The packing of the valve stem is only subjected to pressure during the opening and closing action, and the possibility of external leakage is very small. The sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene or filled with tetrafluoroethylene always does not bond with the material and will not cause the ball to stick.
