Forging of forged steel ball valve is a common forming method in mechanical manufacturing. Through forging can eliminate the metal cast loose, welding holes, the mechanical properties of the forging is generally due to the casting of the same material. Forged steel ball valve can be divided into cold forging and hot forging according to the temperature of the blank during processing. Cold forging is generally processed at room temperature, and hot forging is processed at the recrystalization temperature higher than the blank metal. However, this division is not completely uniform in production.
