The FQ41F46 fluorine-coated discharge ball valve adopts fluorine plastic lining technology. The valve body is made by precision casting in a mold. It has high strength and a smooth appearance. All the flow components in contact with liquids are made of fluorine plastic. Therefore, it is suitable for use in various concentrations of water, chemical corrosive substances, strong oxidants at temperatures ranging from -50℃ to 150℃. F46 is used for various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents as well as other corrosive gases and liquid media on pipelines.
The application of FQ41F46 fluorine-lined discharge ball valve:
The Q41F-F series fluorine-lined discharge ball valve adopts fluorine plastic lining technology. The valve body is made by investment casting process, which has high strength and a smooth appearance. All the flow components in contact with liquids are made of fluorine plastic. Therefore, it can be used for a long time within the range of -50℃ to 180℃ in various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and various organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidants. FEP is also suitable for use in various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents and other corrosive gas and liquid media pipelines. It is also used in reaction vessels in the fine chemical, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, and for the transportation of fine and soft particle media.
Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum.
