The wedge-shaped ball valves Q16F and Q66F are designed as double-wedge type. Under the action of the spring, they can automatically adjust the sealing between the valve seat and the spherical body of the valve body, ensuring good sealing performance even under medium and low pressure conditions. The sealing at the contact area between the valve stem and the valve cover is achieved by pressing the flat surface of the packing sheet against the convex shoulder surface of the valve stem and the valve cover, which reduces the opening torque. The valve is of an integral top-mounted type, and there is no need to remove the valve from the pipeline. It can be repaired or replaced by simply removing the valve cover. This makes maintenance more convenient.

The structural features of the inclined-plane ball valve: 

1. The unique structural seal is more reliable. The inclined-plane ball valve is also known as the "wedge-type ball valve", and it adopts a new overall assembly structure. The two valve seat sealing surfaces are designed as two inclined planes, and there is a spring on the upper part of the ball. Under the action of the spring force, the valve seat sealing surfaces closely adhere to the ball, forming a reliable seal. 

2. The valve stem shoulder structure not only prevents the valve stem from coming off but also ensures the sealing performance at the top. The lower end of the valve stem has a shoulder, which can prevent the valve stem from coming off when the pressure inside the valve body abnormally increases. Under the action of the spring and the medium force, the valve stem shoulder presses the gasket, forming an upper sealing effect. 

3. The advanced fireproof and anti-static structure features a fireproof metal ring placed between the sphere and the valve seat. In the event of an accidental fire where the valve seat is damaged, the metal ring presses against the sphere, providing a sealing function. This ensures the safety of the system and prevents major accidents. The pre-tightening spring at the top of the sphere can conduct the static electricity generated by the friction between the sphere and the valve seat through a wire to the underground. This prevents sparks caused by static electricity from igniting flammable and explosive media, thus guaranteeing the safety of the system. 

4. The opening and closing forces of the valve are small, making installation and maintenance convenient. The sealing of the valve stem packing chamber adopts the combination of a flat packing surface and the protruding shoulder of the valve stem. 

The sealing of the valve cover plane is achieved by the preload force of the spring and the compressive force of the upper cover. This reduces the opening and closing forces of the valve. The valve adopts an integral top-mounted structure. By simply removing the upper valve cover, all the parts inside the valve body can be taken out. This facilitates the maintenance and replacement of the valve.
