The bottom ball valve is a modified ball valve designed to optimize the selection of the discharge valve for steel reaction vessels. It adopts the structure of an integrated floating ball valve as the basis and designs the connection flanges for the inlet and outlet as a tapered form where one end is one size or several sizes larger than the other. The discharge end is a standard ball valve flange, while the inlet end is a flange that matches the discharge hole at the bottom of the reaction vessel. It can be conveniently connected to the center of the reaction vessel's bottom as the discharge port of the reaction vessel. This product has a close distance between the valve seat and the end face flange, resulting in less material retention, a compact structure, and excellent sealing performance. It can be used in both fine chemical, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries' reaction vessels, as well as for the transportation of fine and soft particle media. 

Advantages of the bottom ball valve product

In the design of the bottom ball valve, the dead point position for opening and closing is set from 45 degrees to the right to 45 degrees to the left for closing, and vice versa. This dead point position is on the same horizontal plane, which is conducive to manual operation. It is also beneficial for the linkage with cylinder pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. It can be installed horizontally on the cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, basically close to the bottom of the pot, occupying less space for the operation below the pot, and avoiding interference caused by the valve stem and piston rod being on the same straight line due to leakage. This valve not only inherits all the advantages of the ball valve but also solves the connection method for reasonable matching with the reaction pot. Compared with the existing upper and lower spread discharge valves, it is undoubtedly better. This product is particularly suitable for the toothpaste industry and the discharge of vacuum pasteurization pots.

The valve seat of the bottom-ball valve is close to the end face flange, resulting in less material accumulation. The structure is compact and the sealing performance is excellent. It can be used in reaction vessels in the fields of fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries, as well as for the transportation of fine and soft particle media.
