The N6 and N4 nickel alloy ball valve is a type of valve with left and right valve bodies, balls, and valve stems, etc., which are cast or forged using N4, N6 or ASTM A494 CZ100, as well as UNS N02201, N02200, Nickel 201, and Nickel 200. It is a pure nickel ball valve with excellent corrosion resistance in alkaline environments. The material used in this valve has a Ni content greater than 99.5%, and the content of other impurities is no more than 0.5%. It has stable chemical properties, especially strong resistance to corrosion by strong alkaline solutions. It is stable in both high temperatures and molten alkaline solutions. It also has good oxidation resistance. At room temperature, it does not react with oxygen. When the temperature reaches around 500℃, it undergoes slight oxidation. Due to the significant passivation tendency of nickel, it also shows good corrosion resistance in alkaline and non-oxidizing inorganic acid environments at room temperature. Additionally, it has high vacuum properties and excellent mechanical properties.
