Overview of the Incoloy800HT Nickel Alloy Ball Valve Product:


The Incoloy800HT nickel alloy ball valve is composed of valve body, ball, valve stem, and fixed shaft, etc., which are made of Incoloy 800HT or Alloy 800HT and ASTM B564 N08811 through casting or forging. It is suitable for applications where the medium temperature exceeds 593℃ and requires resistance to creep fracture. It also possesses excellent mechanical properties, oxidation resistance, and thermal corrosion resistance under high-temperature conditions. This Inconel alloy ball valve is made of a nickel-iron-chromium alloy based on a Ni-Fe binary solid solution, with additional elements such as Cr, Cu, Al, and Ti. Compared to carbon steel and stainless steel, its physical properties have a lower melting point, a coefficient of linear expansion between them, and a much lower thermal conductivity. 


Advantages of the Incoloy800HT nickel alloy ball valve product:


The Incoloy800HT nickel alloy ball valve has further enhanced its high-temperature performance based on Incoloy 800H. Below 593℃, the allowable stress values of both are the same. However, when exceeding 593℃, the heat resistance of this steel is improved, mainly due to the change in its chemical composition. The lower limit of carbon content is controlled from 0.05 to 0.06, and the total content of aluminum and titanium is controlled within 0.85 to 1.2. Incoloy800H does not have such requirements. It achieves 5-level or finer (not more than 3-level) grain size through appropriate heat treatment. Therefore, this product has better high-temperature creep resistance, oxidation resistance, and higher metallurgical stability in long-term high-temperature applications.

Packing of Standard Packing: 


Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
