 Pneumatic carbon steel flanged ball valve is a type of rotary valve made of carbon steel as the valve body material, with flange connection and pneumatic actuation. It is mainly used for rapid cutting and control of fluids. Basic structure and features: Drive method: Uses pneumatic actuator, 0–90° rotation operation, quick opening and closing (from fully open to fully closed only requires a 90° rotation. Actuator type: Small diameter commonly uses AT series gear rack type (double action/single action spring return), large diameter uses AW series rocker type, with greater output torque.
