Product Overview

The cast steel fixed-type ball net adopts the fixed valve stem and fixed valve core design (with split and movable seating arrangement). It operates more stably and has automatic compensation function, bidirectional sealing, no interference return during the inter-seating process, and has a large flow coefficient and self-cleaning function. It is especially suitable for controlling the passage of cellulose fibers and small particle particles in suspensions and viscous media. This product can be widely applied in the automation control systems of various industrial sectors such as papermaking, petrochemicals, chemicals, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, petroleum, and light industry.

Product Features

1. The design uses a fixed ball, and the relative moving parts are made of materials with extremely low friction coefficient and self-lubrication. Therefore, the operating torque is small, and the long-term sealing with the sealing lubricating grease makes the operation more flexible.

2. It adopts a high platform structure and ISO5211 connection standard, which enables more professional installation of electric/ pneumatic actuators.

3. It adopts a full diameter design, with low flow resistance.

4. It uses a bidirectional metal movable sealing structure with automatic compensation and self-cleaning functions, and has good sealing performance.

5. It uses a fixed ball design and adds a pre-tightening spring, making the ball valve have an automatic pressure relief function.

6. Each ball valve has two movable sealing seats, which can seal in both directions, so the installation does not need to consider the direction of the medium.

7. It has a fireproof and anti-static structure. Conductive springs are set between the valve stem and the valve body and between the valve stem and the ball to avoid static discharge igniting flammable media. Ensuring system safety.

8. The fire-resistant structure has dual protection. When the sealing ring is burned out due to a fire and the sealing ring fails, all sealing parts of the ball valve can form a metal-to-metal hard sealing structure.

9. The automatic pressure chamber structure. When the liquid medium remaining in the valve chamber vaporizes due to temperature increase, causing abnormal pressure in the middle chamber, the medium in the middle chamber can rely on its own thrust to push the valve seat and automatically relieve pressure, thus ensuring the safety of the valve.
