The pneumatic flange ball valve is an air-controlled valve composed of an air actuator and a straight-through flange ball valve. By assembling pneumatic components such as solenoid valves, limit switches, filters, and positioners, it can be remotely controlled for rapid opening and closing as well as adjustment of the valve. The pneumatic flange ball valve adopts a two-piece floating ball structure and a full-diameter design, meeting the requirements of pipeline pigging and having a large flow capacity. The valve body is cast using silica gel technology, with a smooth surface and no burrs, making it convenient for processing. The pneumatic piston actuator can be divided into single-acting and double-acting types. In the use of double-acting pneumatic actuators, when the air supply is lost, the valve can remain at the position at the time of loss of air supply and continue production. In the case of single-acting, when the power supply is lost or the air supply is lost, the valve is at the original limit position (fully open or fully closed) to ensure that the production process is in a safe position. The actuator's action form is divided into double-acting (remaining in the original position when air supply is lost) and single-acting (reverting to the original limit position when air supply is lost). The product fully complies with international standards such as ISO5211, DIN 3337, CD/NDE3845, and MAMUR, with a maximum working pressure of up to 10 bar and a standard stroke of 90°. It can be adjusted by ±5°. The cylinder body and seals of the actuator can be selected for application in corrosive, high-temperature, and low-temperature environments according to the actual requirements of the customer.
