Product Introduction of Pneumatic Insulated Flanged Ball Valve:
The pneumatic insulated flanged ball valve is composed of a piston-type pneumatic actuator and a jacketed insulated ball valve. It can be equipped with a valve positioner to receive control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and operate with air supply alone. It can also be equipped with a travel limit switch, an electromagnetic valve, a three-way valve, and a 0.4-0.7MPa air supply to achieve on-off operation and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's opening and closing. This product of the pneumatic insulated flanged ball valve has excellent insulation and cooling properties, and the valve's diameter is consistent with the pipe diameter. The medium flows in a straight line, with low resistance, making it suitable for liquids that are prone to solidification and have high viscosity. At the same time, it can also reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline. The integral jacketed design allows for uniform insulation and cooling. The jacket, the outer side of the valve body, and the jacket connection pipe are welded together, allowing the maximum pressure of steam or cold water to be 1MPa. It is mainly used in systems such as petroleum, chemical, and food industries to transport high-viscosity media that will solidify at normal temperatures.
