Product Introduction of Pneumatic Insulated Stainless Steel Ball Valve:
The pneumatic insulated stainless steel ball valve is composed of a piston-type pneumatic actuator and a jacketed insulated ball valve. It has excellent insulation and cold insulation properties. Moreover, the diameter of the pneumatic insulated ball valve is consistent with the pipe diameter, and it can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline. It can be equipped with a valve positioner to input control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC). With air source, it can control the operation. It can also be equipped with a travel limit switch, an electromagnetic valve, a three-way valve, and an air source of 0.4-0.7MPa to achieve on-off operation and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's on-off status. It is mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and food, for transporting high-viscosity media that will solidify at normal temperatures. Due to its integral structure, the pneumatic insulated stainless steel ball valve is smaller in volume and lighter in weight than ordinary ball valves, and it has no external leakage. The sealing performance is good, and the jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe instead of cast iron, which is more pressure-resistant and firm.
