Pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve product overview:

Pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve is composed of piston type double-action or single-action (spring reset) pneumatic actuator and flange type V-type ball valve. It can be used to achieve proportional adjustment with electric valve positioner, and can be used to achieve two-position cut off control with solenoid valve and control box. The pneumatic V-type ball valve is powered by compressed air and mechanically drives the valve stem through piston rack and gear. Rotate the ball 0~90° with the torque output of the angular stroke to complete the opening and closing or adjustment action. Input 4-20mA current signal through the matching electric valve positioners to change the rotation Angle of the spool (0 ~90° any Angle), and realize the adjustment and control of flow and other parameters. Pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve valve core is designed with a special shape of V-shaped gap, with accurate flow characteristics and control functions, mainly suitable for the control of gas, liquid, solid particles and other media, especially the automatic control system containing fiber or small solid particles of suspension and solid particles.
