Product Overview of Pneumatic Y-Type Three-way Ball Valve:
The pneumatic Y-type three-way ball valve is mainly composed of an Y-type three-way ball valve, an air actuating mechanism, as well as control devices such as an electromagnetic valve, limit switch, air filter and pressure reducing valve. The valve body is equipped with an Y-shaped fluid channel, and a ball that connects or cuts off the fluid channel is placed inside. The ball has an integrally formed valve stem. The pneumatic driving device is fixedly connected to the valve stem. When the cylinder is connected to the circuit and the system air source, air enters cylinder A (or cylinder B) through pipe A or B, pushing the piston to move towards one end. This drives the valve stem to rotate 120° or 135°, achieving the function of switching the flow direction and automatic control of the medium.

The valve body of this pneumatic Y-type three-way ball valve adopts a Y-shaped three-way structure with one inlet and two outlets (one inlet port and two outlet ports). The two through holes of the ball with a handle are at 120° or 135°. When the valve is initially manufactured, the right outlet is closed, and the inlet is connected to the left outlet. When it is necessary to change the direction, connect the air source. The air source pressure acts on the piston of the air cylinder, generating a thrust that drives the valve stem to rotate 120° or 135°, causing the ball to move, so that the inlet port of the valve is connected to the right outlet and the left outlet is closed. This product's operating mechanism can be selected from the 120° or 135° angle-travel GT, AT, and AW series double-acting pneumatic actuators.
