Product Description
Q21F screw ball valve is suitable for PN1.0 ~ 6.4MPa, working temperature -29 ~ 180℃(sealing ring for reinforced PTFE) or -29 ~ 300℃(sealing ring for PPS) of various pipelines, used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Selection of different materials, can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media.
Product Features
Q21F screw ball valve is divided into integral type (one piece), two stage type and three stage type. The valve body casting adopts the advanced technology introduced in Taiwan, with reasonable structure and beautiful shape. The valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, reliable sealing, easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts the lower assembly structure with inverted seal, and the valve stem will not be flushed out when the valve chamber is abnormal pressurized. Two-chip and three-chip ball valve connection forms are also butt welded (BW) socket welded (SW), and can be equipped with international standard ISO support platform and locking device. Can set 90° switch positioning mechanism, according to the need to lock to prevent misoperation, drive mode: manual, electric, pneumatic.
