Body/Head: WCB carbon steel (default), CF8 stainless steel (optional). It is manufactured through integral forging/thick-wall casting process, with a dense structure without sand holes, and has strong high-pressure bearing capacity.
Ball: WCB carbon steel with surface hardening treatment (配套 WCB body), 304 stainless steel (配套 CF8 body). 316 stainless steel (CF8M material, suitable for strong corrosive high-pressure media) is also an option. The ball has high precision and excellent sealing surface smoothness.
Seat： PTFE/RTFE fluoroplastic， with an internal elastic compensation structure， suitable for fixed ball sealing requirements； PEEK high-temperature resistant sealing can be customized for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
Valve stem： 2Cr13/304 stainless steel (matched with valve body material)， with an upper-mounted structure， reliable packing seal， and prevention of high-pressure medium leakage.
Gear mechanism： Cast iron worm gear + 45# steel worm gear， transmission ratio 1：30~1：60 (customizable)， with self-locking function； The worm gear box adopts a sealed design， dustproof and waterproof， suitable for harsh outdoor environments.

The Q347F series worm gear fixed ball valve is a manual control valve specially designed for harsh working conditions involving high pressure, large diameter, high flow rate, and the need for effortless operation. It integrates the advantages of "worm gear reduction transmission" and "fixed ball sealing structure", and combines the features of lightweight operation, stable sealing, and high-pressure bearing capacity. The product covers national standard pressure series (Q347F-16C, Q347F-25C, Q347F-40C) and American standard pressure series (Q347F-150LB, Q347F-300LB). The valve body can be made of WCB carbon steel or CF8 stainless steel (304) materials, and is widely suitable for industrial pipelines where there are extremely high requirements for sealing reliability and operational safety for medium cutoff and switch control.

Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
