Detailed description of the stainless steel external thread mini ball valve: 

Structure and Features: The stainless steel external threaded mini ball valve has a split structure design, equipped with fireproof structure and anti-static device, valve stem explosion-proof design, double-layer valve stem packing that meets the valve stem leakage test requirements of German TUV TALUFT, and double disc-shaped spring clip automatic compression packing design. 

Applicable medium and working temperature: Suitable for PN63, with a working temperature range of -25 to 180℃ (with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring). It is used for cutting off or connecting the medium in the pipeline, applicable to air, steam, water, gas, petroleum and petrochemical products, corrosive media, etc. 

Application fields: Widely applied in industrial water supply, industrial circulating cooling water, engineering support, special liquid transportation and control, etc. Suitable for industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, new energy, oil/gas, food/beverages, etc. 

Connection method and installation: It adopts a double external thread connection method, which is both secure and easy to install. No complex welding tools or additional sealing materials are required.
