Threaded titanium ball valves and socket-welded connection ball valves are classified into integral type, two-section type and three-section type.
The body of the internal-threaded titanium ball valve is cast using an advanced process imported from Taiwan. The structure is reasonable and the design is attractive. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure.
The seal is reliable, the opening and closing is effortless. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with reverse sealing, and in case of abnormal pressure increase in the valve chamber, the valve stem will not be pushed out.
A 90° switch positioning mechanism can be set. Locking can be added as needed to prevent accidental operation. The threaded titanium ball valve and the butt-weld connected titanium ball valve are suitable for PN1.0 to 4.0 MPa.
Operating temperature: -29 to 180℃ (with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring) or -29 to 300℃ (with isotactic polyphenylene sealing ring). Suitable for various pipelines for cutting off or connecting the medium within the pipeline.
