V-type pneumatic ball valve is composed of flange connected V-type ball valve and pneumatic actuator and accessories. The cylinder is connected with 0.4~0.7MPa air source, and the travel limit switch, two five-way solenoid valve and pressure reducing valve can be used to drive the valve stem to drive the ball to rotate 90 degrees to control the opening and closing action of the valve, and through the full opening or full closing of the valve. Realize the flow or truncation of the medium in the pipeline, and with the positioner, the valve opening can be adjusted, and the cross-sectional area of the medium circulation can be changed to realize the adjustment of the valve. Because the valve is a right-angle rotary structure, when the spool rotates relative to the valve seat, it has a strong shear effect, so it is especially suitable for the adjustment and control of the medium with fibers and small particles. V pneumatic ball valve working principle:

V-type pneumatic ball valve pneumatic actuator has single action and double action two. When double-acting pneumatic work, the air source signal pressure output by the double-acting positioner is input into the left and right two gas chambers of the cylinder piston respectively. Because the air source pressure of the left and right two gas chambers of the input piston is different, the pressure difference is formed, and the piston is pushed into linear motion. Through the gear and rack transmission, the linear motion of the piston is converted into the rotation motion of the actuator spindle, until the pressure of the left and right air chambers is balanced. The movement stops, and the spindle rotates while driving the stem and valve core to rotate, changing the circulation area between the valve core and the valve seat to achieve the purpose of adjustment. In single-action work, the gas signal pressure output by the single-action positioner is input into the gas chamber on the side of the cylinder without spring. The gas signal pressure acts on the thrust formed on the piston and the difference between the spring force. The cylinder piston moves in a straight line and is driven by the gear and rack until the thrust formed by the gas signal pressure is balanced with the spring force, and the movement stops. At the same time, the spindle of the actuator rotates and drives the stem and valve core to rotate, so as to change the circulation area between the valve core and the valve seat to achieve the purpose of adjustment.
