Product Overview of Welded Eccentric Ball Valve:
The welded eccentric ball valve is a type of valve with a connection form at the end being socket welding. The center axis of the valve shaft and the center line of the hemisphere form a dimensional offset, and only a sealing pair is set on one side of the valve body. It relies on two eccentricities to achieve the effect of gradual separation of the valve core during opening and closing and gradual compression of the valve seat, reducing wear between the valve seat and the valve core, and extending the service life of the valve. The valve seat cover and the valve body are connected by bolts, and an adjustment gasket is placed between the valve seat and the valve body. By rotating the valve seat cover, the valve seat is pressed, causing the adjustment gasket to undergo elastic deformation, allowing the valve seat and the valve core to closely contact, generating a sealing pressure ratio at the sealing pair, thereby preventing the leakage of the medium.
Advantages of the welded eccentric ball valve:
After the valve is opened, the valve core is located in the recessed ball chamber. The fluid flows directly, resulting in a large flow area and low flow resistance. The sealing seat is designed with a single valve seat seal, and the sealing surface is welded with high-hardness alloy. Spring force is used for operation, with a small operating torque. The operation is completed in 90 degrees. It is lightweight and flexible. The upper and lower shaft holes of the valve body and the fixed shaft hole of the ball are designed with double eccentricity to achieve tight sealing, with light torque.
