Structural features:
A three-eccentric sealing structure is adopted. The valve seat and the butterfly plate have almost no wear, and it has a sealing function that gets tighter as it closes. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance under both low and high temperatures, and features corrosion resistance and a long service life. The sealing surface of the disc plate is made by cladding cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life. The large-sized butterfly plate adopts a frame structure, which has high strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.
Scope of application:
Applicable to pipelines in industries such as metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction where the medium temperature is equal to or greater than 425℃. It is used for regulating flow and cutting off the flow of fluids. The applicable temperature range is: carbon steel: -29℃ to 425℃; stainless steel: -40℃ to 650℃. The applicable media include water, air, natural gas, oil products, and weakly corrosive fluids.
