Electric lipping hard-sealing butterfly valve, model D973H, D973Y, D973W, lipped connection, three-seal multi-layer design, pressure: 1.0 MPa - 6.4 MPa, diameter range: DN50 - DN2000. Electric latching hard-sealed butterfly valve utilizes the three-semitrivial structure to minimize the wear between the valve seat and the valve plate sealing ring, thereby enhancing the service life and sealing performance of the valve. The three-semitrivial butterfly valve has the characteristic of becoming tighter as it closes, with the best sealing performance and zero leakage. When opened simultaneously, it ensures that the sealing surfaces are separated from each other to protect the sealing surfaces from friction damage. 

The butterfly valve can be equipped with a Z-type fully-rotary electric actuator (with a secondary reduction gearbox) or a Q-type partial-rotation electric actuator. The electric actuator controls the opening, closing and degree adjustment of the butterfly valve. It can accurately respond to control instructions and is a driving device for realizing remote control, centralized control and automatic control of the valve. 

The performance of the electric actuator complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 (Technical Conditions for Electric Actuators of Ordinary Valves). The performance of the explosion-proof type complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 (Part 1 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: General Requirements), GB3836.2-2000 (Part 2 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: Explosion-proof Type "d") and JB/T8529-1997 (Technical Conditions for Explosion-proof Electric Actuators).
