Structure and working principle:
The hydraulic check butterfly valve of the energy storage tank adopts the accumulator to replace the heavy hammer in the heavy hammer hydraulic control butterfly valve, and converts the potential energy of the heavy hammer into fluid storage energy, so as to save the energy consumed by the long-term operation of the supporting heavy hammer and improve the pressure retention performance of the hydraulic system. When the valve is open, the hydraulic oil enters the rod-free cavity of the hydraulic device cylinder, and pushes the piston to drive the butterfly plate from 0° (fully closed) to 90° (fully open); When closing, the pressure oil in the accumulator enters the rod cavity of the hydraulic device cylinder, and pushes the piston to drive the butterfly plate to complete the fast and slow two-stage closing of the valve.
