The disc of the fluorine rubber butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. Within the cylindrical channel of the electrically coated rubber butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, with a rotation angle ranging from 0° to 90°. When the rotation reaches 90°, the butterfly valve is in the fully open state. The electrically coated rubber butterfly valve is generally installed horizontally in the pipeline. The product of the electrically coated rubber butterfly valve consists of a rubber-sealed butterfly valve and carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate and valve stem. The electrically coated rubber butterfly valve is suitable for temperatures of ≤ 80 - 120℃. It is controlled by an electric drive device and is widely used in pure pipelines such as food, beverages, medicine, chemical industry, etc., as well as industrial environmental protection, water treatment, high-rise buildings, and water supply and drainage pipelines for opening and closing or regulating the flow of media.
