Insulation flanged butterfly valve, also known as jacketed butterfly valve, is on the basis of ordinary three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve in the outside of the valve body welding metal jacket, in the insulation butterfly valve body on both sides of the jacket interface, can be contained in steam or other superheated gas, to prevent the medium in the state of room temperature solidification or crystallization. The flange of the insulation butterfly valve is larger than that of the ordinary metal hard seal butterfly valve.
