Product features


The pneumatic opposed-jet titanium butterfly valve features a three-dimensional eccentric metal sealing structure. The sealing type is metal-to-metal sealing. The metal sealing rings can be interchanged for metal-to-metal sealing. 

The titanium plate and the high-performance polytetrafluoroethylene (graphite) composite plate sealing ring seal the metal. The special sealing system of this valve can ensure high sealing performance in all temperature ranges from extremely low to extremely high temperatures. 

The pneumatic opposed-jet titanium butterfly valve has a relatively short structural length and overall height, and it opens and closes very quickly. Moreover, it has excellent fluid control characteristics. 

The structure and principle of the pneumatic opposed-type titanium gate valve is most suitable for manufacturing large-diameter valves. When it is required to be used for controlling flow, the most important thing is to correctly select the size and type so that it can work appropriately and effectively. 

The pneumatic opposed-type titanium gate valve is highly resistant to corrosion in alkaline media and has an extremely strong ability to resist chloride ions (CI). It also possesses excellent corrosion resistance to chloride ions. 

However, it is particularly important to consider the possibility of small gaps and stress corrosion tendencies, as well as spontaneous explosions, that may occur in the working medium of the pneumatic opposed-tube titanium butterfly valve. 

Pay attention to the various factors that may cause hydrogen embrittlement and other catastrophic damage in titanium hydrogen absorption. It is strictly prohibited to use titanium valves in working conditions where such damage may occur.
