V1FS/V2FS Pneumatic Dust Butterfly Valve - Product Overview: 

The V1FS/V2FS pneumatic dust butterfly valve is composed of two semi-valves cast by gravity. The semi-valves are made of aluminum alloy, and the rotating valve plate is made of high molecular material, which has good sealing performance. The same circular flanges at the top and bottom have a top flange and a folded edge component, suitable for a flexible sleeve. The powder butterfly valve is mainly used for opening and closing material boxes, hoppers, and silos containing powdered or granular materials. It can be applied to the processing of all powdered and granular materials, and the valve uses the material's own gravity for diversion and pneumatic transmission of dry materials. The powder butterfly valve can be installed below the hopper, material box, silo, screw or other types of conveyors, as well as connected to pneumatic conveying pipelines.
