Overview of the Sealed Valve:

The sealed valve, also known as a low-leakage valve or biological sealed valve, can divide the ventilation system into several zones and is applied in nuclear power plants, petrochemical industries, food processing, laboratories, etc. It has excellent air tightness and can meet the safety requirements of zero leakage in special situations (achieving zero leakage under pressure difference). 

Product features of the sealed valve:

1. Typical application of the sealed valve: To isolate filters and contaminated components in the BIBO system.

2. The sealed valve is divided into manual and electric types based on the different actuators. The electric sealed valve can be used in conjunction with the automatic control system to automatically control and regulate the air volume, ensuring its airtightness even in the event of power failure.

3. The material of the valve body and the size of the valve can be customized according to the actual needs of the customer.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
