Product Overview of Butterfly Slow-Closing Check Valve:

The butterfly slow-closing check valve is mainly composed of the valve body, butterfly plate, counterweight, buffer device and other components. It is installed at the outlet of the water pump and is driven to open by the medium pressure. During normal or abnormal pump shutdown, the butterfly plate is pushed closed by its own weight and the reverse flow pressure of the medium. It first closes most of the stroke quickly, and then uses the damping effect of the buffer device to slowly close the remaining stroke. This prevents destructive water hammer from occurring and participates in controlling the reverse rotation speed of the water pump. The butterfly plate component of this valve is divided into two steps of quick and slow closing, achieving the effect of preventing reverse flow and weakening water hammer. The slow-closing device is installed outside the valve body and uses non-pipeline media as the damping medium. During pump shutdown, it first closes 75% to 90% of the stroke quickly, and then slowly closes 25% to 10% of the stroke. The slow-closing time can be adjusted within 120 seconds.

Advantages of the butterfly slow-closing check valve product:

The butterfly slow-closing check valve product features a novel structure, small size, light weight, low fluid resistance, smooth operation, reliable sealing, good wear resistance, and excellent buffering performance. It is mainly used at the pump outlet of industrial water supply and sewage treatment plants to prevent the reverse flow of medium in the pipeline network, automatically eliminate destructive water hammer, and thereby ensure that the pump and pipeline are not damaged.

Application;

Butterfly slowly closed check valve products with novel structure, small volume, light weight, small fluid resistance, stable operation, reliable seal, wear resistance, good buffering performance and other characteristics, mainly used for industrial water supply, sewage treatment plant pump outlet, prevent the medium in the pipeline network, automatic elimination of destructive water hammer, so as to ensure that the pump and pipeline are not damaged.
