The H74F46 fluoroplastic bonnet type check valve is an automatic valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc based on the flow of the medium itself to prevent the reverse flow of the medium. It is suitable for use as an opening and closing device in industrial pipeline systems with strong corrosive media. Due to the exceptional performance of fluoroplastics in resisting strong corrosive media, the inner liner is applied to the inner walls of various cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel valve bodies or pipe fittings, as well as the outer surfaces of valve internals.
Selection of plastic material for H74F46:
☆ Enhanced polypropylene (RPP) material: Acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant by 35%, operating temperature range -20℃ to 90℃.
☆ Hard polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) material: Resistant to acid and corrosion by 50%, operating temperature range -10℃ to 70℃.
☆ Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) material: Acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant by 70%, operating temperature range -40℃ to 95℃.
☆Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material: 100% resistant to acid and corrosion, operating temperature range -40℃ to 140℃.Selection of plastic material for H74F46:

The fluorine-coated check valve is used in the piping system. Its main functions are to prevent the backflow of the medium, to prevent the pump and its driving motor from reversing, and to discharge the medium in the container. The check valve can also be used on the pipelines that supply supplementary pressure to an auxiliary system where the pressure may rise above the main system pressure. The check valve can be applied to various piping systems depending on its material. When installed on the pipeline, it becomes one of the fluid components of this complete pipeline. During the opening and closing process of the valve disc, it is affected by the transient flow state of the system in which it is located; conversely, the closing characteristics of the valve disc also have an effect on the flow state of the fluid.
Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
