Forged Rising Stem Check Valve Product Overview:  

This series of valves is suitable for pipelines in various industrial applications such as oil, chemical, and thermal power generation, where the nominal pressure ranges from PN1.6 to 42.0 MPa and operating temperature does not exceed 570°C. They serve as safety devices to prevent reverse flow of media. 

Product Features of Forged Rising Stem Check Valve:

1. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with NB/T 47044 and E101 standards, featuring a rational structure, excellent performance, and an attractive appearance.

2. This series of check valves offers two typical sealing configurations for the valve body and bonnet: (1) Forced Sealing (B.B) (with central bolted bonnet connection), which allows convenient disassembly and maintenance; (2) Self-Acting Sealing (P.C) (self-tightening seal structure), where higher pressure results in better sealing performance.

3. High-temperature and high-pressure components are made from heat-resistant alloy steel, providing superior high-temperature resistance, high pressure tolerance, durability, and reliable safety.

4. The disc and seat sealing surfaces are built-up welded with alloy steel or cobalt-based hard alloy, offering excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance, ensuring a long service life.

5. The disc moves vertically within the guide sleeve of the bonnet. When reverse flow occurs, the disc automatically closes under the action of spring force and medium pressure.

Application:

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
