Swing-check check valve, Slow-closing check valve, Swing-type check valve, Check valve

Product Code : VF--ZHCC-ZH88-CU

Product Name: Rotary Gate Slow-Closing Check Valve

Model: HH44X

Bore: DN40 - 1200

Pressure: PN1.0 - 16.0MPa

Material: Cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.

The rotary gate slow-closing check valve is a slow-closing device installed inside the valve body. It uses the pipeline medium as the damping medium and is installed at the pump outlet to prevent the backflow of the medium and eliminate destructive water hammer. It can effectively reduce the water hammer pressure when the valve is closed and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline network.

Overview of the Rotary Lift Slow-Closing Check Valve:

The rotary lift slow-closing check valve is a slow-closing device installed inside the valve body. It uses the pipeline medium as the damping medium and is installed at the pump outlet to prevent backflow of the medium and eliminate destructive water hammer. It can effectively reduce the water hammer pressure during valve closure and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline network. This is a self-damping rotary lift slow-closing check valve.

Working principle of the swing-type slow-closing check valve:

The swing-type slow-closing check valve operates based on the water head generated by the flow velocity of the inlet medium. The valve disc automatically opens, allowing the water to pass through. The pressure water inside the valve body flows into the rear chamber of the piston assembly through a micro-regulating valve, pushing the piston out of the piston chamber. When the water flow stops (or when the water pump suddenly stops running), due to the self-weight of the valve disc and the effect of water backflow, the valve disc automatically closes. However, because the piston is in the pushed-out position, it presses against the valve disc, preventing the valve disc from fully closing. There is still 20% of opening degree allowing the water to pass through. This reduces the water hammer pressure. When the valve disc presses against the end of the piston, due to the generation of counterforce, the water in the rear chamber of the piston assembly prevents the piston from retracting and also prevents the valve disc from closing. At this time, the valve disc can only slowly return to the closed position through the micro-regulating valve, allowing it to close gradually. This product's valve disc is divided into two steps of quick and slow closing, achieving the effect of preventing reverse flow and weakening water hammer.

Application:

The swing-type self-damping check valve is a damping device installed inside the valve body. It uses the pipeline medium as the damping medium and is installed at the pump outlet to prevent the backflow of the medium and eliminate destructive water hammer. It can effectively reduce the water hammer pressure during valve closure and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline network.

Packing of Standard Packing:

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’  is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition
