FDZ45H permanent magnet anti-theft gate valve -- working principle

FDZ45H permanent magnet anti-theft gate valve is developed and designed according to the loss caused by the use of units on the heating system not paying in time and the frequent occurrence of oil theft in the oil field. 1, the combination lock is composed of lock core, four groups of numbers and five adjustment discs with a driver groove, adjustment plate, each group of numbers is composed of 0, 1, 2, 3, the adjustment disc has an indicator arrow, the first adjustment disc with the English letter K (can also be determined by the top of the digital direction to determine the first adjustment disc) in clockwise direction to determine 2, 3, 4, 5 adjustment discs.

2. When unlocking, the arrow on the five adjustment discs will be aligned clockwise with the password number from the first one in turn, and the lock core can be opened (the factory password number is "0, 0, 0, 0, 0").

3. When the anti-theft lock core is locked, put the lock core into the valve seat with the good password number. Be sure to dial the password number to confirm that the lock core is locked.

1. The password number of the anti-theft lock is arranged according to the four-digit number 0-3 that is easy to remember by the user.

2. Preparation method: Take out the lock core, there are five password adjustment plate below the lock core, loosen the lock nut of the adjustment plate, align the arrows of the four adjustment discs with the password number you determined, such as 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 for the selected password number, the first adjustment disc arrow is aligned with "0", and the password adjustment disc arrow is aligned with 1, 2, 3, 4 in the clockwise direction. At this time, the missing surface of the five password adjustment plate is opposite to the outer circle of the lock core, the password adjustment plate does not exceed the outer ring line of the lock core, and then the spring and the lock nut are installed and tightened, so that the code number is completed.
