The valve body is of casting structure.

The valve seat is sealed with an O-ring and a floating valve seat structure that applies pre-tightening force, ensuring bidirectional sealing of the valve inlet and outlet; moreover, the opening and closing torque of this structure is only half that of ordinary valves, enabling easy opening and closing of the valve. The valve seat is embedded with PTFE on the sealing surface, which provides dual sealing with PTFE against both metal and metal-to-metal. The PTFE sealing surface also has the function of removing dirt from the gate. The gate of the valve, whether fully open or fully closed, always fits the sealing surface, protecting the sealing surface from direct medium erosion, thereby extending the service life. When the valve is fully open, the channel is smooth as a straight line, with a very small flow resistance coefficient and no pressure loss, allowing for the passage of hairballs to clean the pipeline. When the valve is closed, the internal high pressure can be automatically relieved (see the working principle diagram), ensuring safe use. The closed-type valve body uses a sealed gear rotation opening and closing indication mechanism, which can clearly and permanently reflect the opening and closing status of the valve. The outer surface of the buried valve is treated with epoxy coal tar asphalt for corrosion protection, which can have the same lifespan as the pipeline.
