Structural characteristics 

1. The sealing structure of the valve seat shall be elastic with preload, and the upper and lower stream sealing seat shall be sealed at the same time. Always face to face seal between seat and seal.

2. The valve seat has a self-cleaning function, and is not directly washed by the airflow during the opening or closing of the valve. Seat shall be made of lubricated, non-wear material.

3. The failure of the valve actuator will not affect the other parts of the valve, and the repair and replacement work can be carried out without removing the valve.

(1) Yoke bushing - The aluminum-bronze yoke bushing is equipped with needle thrust bearings to minimize operating torque.

(2) stem - thread length until bracket; Dowel and spot welding; It has stability.

(3) Pressure Seal - Simple construction with sectional ring and silver plated mild steel washer to facilitate removal and best cap seal.

(4) Seat ring - Welded seat ring is perpendicular to the flow channel, easy to maintain.

(5) Actuators - These valves can be configured with electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic actuators. DN300 and below are equipped with standard manual handwheel, DN350 and above are equipped with bevel gear operation mechanism.

(6) Yoke -- The fully assembled yoke has passed the seismic test and is easy to maintain and install the actuator.

(7) Gland - Two-piece, self-adjusting gland to avoid being ejected.

(8) Overall backseat - hard surface, the longest service life.

(9) Disc -- Spring-loaded disc can adjust itself to reduce torque requirement of actuator.

Flat gate valve is suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, urban pipelines, gas pipelines and other transportation pipelines, vent systems and steam storage devices, used as opening and closing equipment. Z43 type single gate type flat gate valve with flow-through hole is suitable for long transportation pipeline of natural gas extraction and purification.
