I. ZDRV Electric V-type Control Ball Valve - Overview
The ZDRV electric V-type regulating ball valve is a rotary ball valve with a metal or metal-to-polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing combination for the core and seat. It integrates the best control characteristics of ball valves and butterfly valves into one, and can be used as both a control regulating valve and a shut-off valve. It is suitable for applications involving high-viscosity fluids, suspensions, pulp, and other impure or fibrous media.
II. Features of ZDRV Electric V-type Control Ball Valve
(1) The integral valve body without any pipe joints is thus not affected by pipe or bolt stress, and since the valve body has no pipe joints, the pressure-resistant shell is not affected by pressure "jumps".
(2) It features a V-shaped valve body, which ensures precise control throughout the entire range even in cases of small flow or high-viscosity media.
(3) The leak-proof and durable valve seat is lined with a PTFE cup-shaped seal with a stainless steel core or an O-ring at its outer diameter. The valve seat is made of tungsten cobalt hard alloy with a larger cross-section, and its structure is further strengthened by an alloy corrugated spring.
(4) When the valve is closed, a wedge-shaped shearing effect is produced between the V-shaped notch and the valve seat, which not only has self-cleaning function but also prevents the ball core from getting stuck. It is particularly suitable for applications where pipelines are clogged, frozen, or contain fibers and solid particles.

Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
