Product Introduction
The electromagnetic pulse valve serves as the "switch" for the compressed air in the dust removal and blowing system of the pulse bag-type dust collector.
Under the control of the output signal from the pulse jet control device, the filter bags are sequentially (in chambers) subjected to jet blowing for cleaning, ensuring that the resistance of the dust collector remains within the set range.
To ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector. It is widely used in paper mills, wood factories, fertilizer factories, dye factories, dust collectors and petrochemical industries, etc.
It is an ideal product for bag-type dust removal and soot blowing systems.
Working principle
The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two chambers, the front and the rear. When compressed air is connected, the compressed air passes through the throttling hole and enters the rear chamber.
At this point, the pressure in the rear chamber will cause the diaphragm to closely adhere to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve will be in the "closed" state.
The electrical signal from the pulse blowing controller causes the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve to move upward, opening the vent hole in the gas chamber behind the valve. The pressure in the rear gas chamber rapidly drops, causing the diaphragm to move upward.
Compressed air is discharged through the output port of the valve and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" position.
The electrical signal of the pulse blowing controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve returns to its original position, and the exhaust hole of the rear chamber closes.
The increase in pressure in the rear chamber causes the diaphragm to closely adhere to the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve remains in the "closed" position.

Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’ is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
