Gas solenoid valve structure and principle

Gas solenoid valve is a direct - acting low - pressure solenoid valve. The valve port gasket, which controls the opening and closing of the medium, is directly connected to the active core through the valve stem.

According to the switch state of the power can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve, normally closed solenoid valve, power normal position, by the armature weight, sealing spring and medium pressure to seal the valve mouth, cut off the controlled medium flow channel.

After the solenoid coil is energized, the solenoid valve overcomes the weight of the armature and the force of the sealing spring and the pressure of the medium. The active iron core is sucked up together with the sealing pad of the valve port, and the controlled medium can be circulated by opening the valve port.

Normally open the solenoid valve power, the electromagnetic suction is equal to zero, under the action of the spring to move the core, the valve stem upward lift, open the valve, the medium flow. When the power is on, due to the suction action, the iron core moves down, pushing the valve stem, the valve is closed, and the medium is stopped.
