It is a principle combining direct action and pilot action. When there is no pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet, after power is applied, the electromagnetic force directly lifts the pilot valve and the main valve closure element one by one upwards, and the valve opens. When the inlet and the outlet reach an air pressure difference, after power is applied, the electromagnetic force acts on the pilot valve, causing the pressure in the lower chamber of the main valve to rise and the pressure in the upper chamber to drop. Thus, the pressure difference is utilized to push the main valve upwards; when the power is cut off, the pilot valve uses the spring force or the medium pressure to push the closure element downwards, causing the valve to close.
