Overview of Water Electromagnetic Valve Products:
The water electromagnetic valve is suitable for systems using water or liquids as the working medium. It can automatically control or remotely regulate the on-off of the pipes for water, oil, and liquid. Due to the use of rubber seals in this valve, the cleanliness of the working medium is significantly reduced. It features rapid opening and closing and high reliability.
Working principle of the water electric valve:
This valve is a secondary-opening pilot-type electromagnetic valve. Its structure mainly consists of a pilot valve and a main valve. The main valve adopts a rubber-sealed structure. When in the normal position, the moving iron core seals the pilot valve port, and the pressure in the valve chamber is balanced, with the main valve port closed. When the coil is energized, an electromagnetic force is generated to draw the moving iron core up. The medium in the main valve chamber leaks through the pilot valve port, resulting in a pressure difference. The diaphragm or valve cup is quickly lifted, and the main valve port opens, making the valve a path. When the coil is de-energized and the magnetic field disappears, the moving iron core returns to its original position, sealing the pilot valve port, and the pressure in the pilot valve chamber and the main valve chamber returns to equilibrium. The valve then becomes closed.
